Create an Impromptu Dance Party with these 5 songs.
I just had a great day with friends and family. We played a lot of Play3Hole and had some fun times. The next thing I knew, the music was blaring and the friends and family were dancing on the patio. It was a great impromptu moment that was created by the fun times of the Play3Hole game and some great music.
As the music played, more and more neighbors decided to show. This was a great group of people of all ages which made it difficult to find some common music tastes. But, with the help of my former DJ experiences and some vodka, I nailed the music choices and made some great moments.
If you find yourself in the midst of an impromptu dance party, play these songs:
5. Party in the USA- Miley Cyrus. Just try to listen to this song without singing along. A lot of girls love this song... so, the guys follow suite (they always do).
4. Don't Stop Believing- Journey. A song that everyone knows, try not to sing along.
3. Yeah- Usher Feat. Ludacris & Lil’ Jon. A great tune to get people dancing. Get them to sing and get them to dance, this is the song to get them dancing.
2. Chicken Fried- Zac Brown Band. If you have a country group, this is a great song to play. This is a song that all ages really like.
2.+ California Love- 2Pac. If you have a group that grew up during the 90s and early 2000's this is a great song to play. Everyone knows this tune and it gets ya moving.
1. Sweet Caroline- Neil Diamond. This song is beloved by all ages. A great way to get the gang singing along.
End of the night song. Closing Time- SemiSonic. Ready for last call (and time for bed), play this tune and slowly bring the volume down...
Well, there you have it. Five songs (or seven) songs to make your party more memorable. Which ones would you add?
